Main Function
1. Intelligent control system with touch panel. Developing speed define by second. Realtime
monitoring capability.

Features
1. Sleep mode implemented. Wen machine exceed default standby duration, it will automatically switch to
sleep mode which ale to extend useful life of parts (30%+) and reducing electricity consumption.
2. Automatic gum roller cleaning system. Processor will proceed roller cleaning after developing
job finished to prevent stickiness between gum section rollers.
Conventional standby run (roller rinse) design always causes more water / electricity consumption.
3. Intelligent temperature control system can precisely keep temperature tolerance under ±0.2℃
and to simplify calibration procedure.
4. Intelligent replenishment system: With precise developer consumption /oxidization replenishing
system (Configure with PID replenish system, user can select either conventional mode; saving mode
or precise mode replenishment), it can averagely save 35%~50% developer usage. Under multi-type
plates mixing developing operation, users capable to select desired replenish mode.
5. Realtime alarm message display and recording to remind abnormal processor status to operator.
6. Roller speed auto monitoring.
