Integrating Light Meter:
Light accumulating meter, AEXC-I, accurately
controls the exposure and limits its error to ¡Ó2% max.It completely
eliminates the variable exposing result caused by insufficient
or excessive exposure in the case of step-and-repeat, which
is brought about by aging of the lamp's glass tube,unstable
lighting up or unstable voltage.
High-Power
UV Lamp:
Its wavelength range is 360 - 410nm. Three
options are available: the 3000W and 6000W lamps are energy-saving,
high-efficiency and start instantly; the 5000W lamp provides
2-step light intensity and is a preheated type.
High-Speed
Vacuum System:
Equipped with dustless, oilless and low
noise vacuum pump and highly-tensile, UV-proof rubber board.
Creates a vacuum evenly and rapidly. Quick and immediate contact
between film and screen, very smooth contact surface. Good
for printing images made up of extra-fine and high-density
lines down to direct, indirect or direct /indirect screens
in a dustless room.
