UV Contact Printer for Daylight Film:
Equipped with Philips HPA 1000/20 preheated UV lamp, 400/1000W, with standard wavelength of 365nm. Suitable for exposing daylight film to be used in making printing plates. Short exposure time, consolidate plate image, minimum stains or pinholes.
Quartz Lamp Contact Printer for Daylight Film:
Equipped with OSRAM 1000W quartz lamp made in Germany. Suitable for exposing film which is sensitive to quartz lamps. Steady light source, easy to operate, low-cost and high-quality.

Contact Printer for Diazo Film:
Special device for exposing diazo film to be used in making circuit boards where precision is required. Equipped with high-power 3000W UV lamp, a product of Japan, with standard wavelength of 365nm, and a reflector made in Germany. The light source is strong and has a life of many hours and the exposure is steady and even.

  1. Standard wavelength of light and steady light intensity and exposure ensure good quality when any brand of film or film for special purposes is exposed.

  2. Integrating Light Meter Model AEXC-I may be added to provide the following functions:
    i. Automatic compensation and balancing in response to variations in light intensity,limiting exposure error to ¡Ó2% max.
    ii. Twenty-five memory channels for fully automatic exposure control (expandable to 100 channels).

  3. High-speed vacuum pump creates a vacuum rapidly and brings about an immediate contact with a smooth contact surface by means of great pressure, ensuring good quality of film exposed.

  4. Light intensity over the entire film is carefully computed and designed to make sure every part of the film is exposed to the same intensity of light. Reliable quality is guaranteed in the case of precision exposure of film.
