Features:
This machine does automatic emulsion coating
functions under preset program only. Loading/unloading of
the screen frame and program presetting are done by the operation.
No need to have skilled operator but still gets perfect coating
effect and precise coating thickness.
Can work with any material of screen frame
in any size with its' size limits. With pneumatic screen frame
holder system controlled by a foot switch. Operator's hands
are free for loading/unloading of screen frames. The up/down
position of the upper holder and the left/right positions
of the four holding clamps all can be adjusted to meet various
sizes of screen frames.
Thickness of the coated emulsion falls
in 4~35u which is regulated by the preset coating times and
coating pressure. The preset installations are separate in
two sets for each the squeegee side and printing side. Tolerance
of the thickness control is +/- 3u.
With emergency stop foot switch to stop
all operations.
With anti-start control against wrong
operations.
While close to the end of coating stroke,
under a special coating termination function, the coating
effect about 15mm close to the internal edge of frame, so
that no complementary coating is needed.
